GROOVE LEARN SLEEP Booking Policy What’s in Nana’s Suitcase? Deposit Final Balance Final Payment Due Rescheduling $100 non-refundable $450 At least 7 days before the performance No additional cost, subject to availability Thank you for booking What’s in Nana’s Suitcase? with Groove Learn Sleep. Please read this policy carefully before confirming your performance booking. 1. Booking Deposit • A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your booking. • Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received by Groove Learn Sleep. • The deposit is deducted from the total performance fee. 2. Final Payment date. • The remaining balance of $450 must be paid at least 7 days prior to the scheduled performance • Final payment will be requested via invoice payment. • If the final payment is not received by this time, Groove Learn Sleep reserves the right to cancel the performance with no refund of any money already paid, including the deposit. 3. Rescheduling • Bookings can be rescheduled at no additional cost, subject to Groove Learn Sleep’s availability. • If a customer needs to reschedule, both parties will work together in good faith to find a suitable alternative performance date. 4. Failure to Find a New Date • If no mutually agreed rescheduled date can be found within 6 months of the original performance date, the booking will be treated as cancelled. • In this situation, the customer will be required to pay an additional cancellation fee of $150, in addition to the non-refundable $100 deposit already paid. 5. Customer Cancellation • If the customer chooses to cancel the booking rather than reschedule, the $100 deposit remains non-refundable. • Groove Learn Sleep may also require payment of the $150 cancellation fee where a rescheduled date cannot be agreed within the 6 month period outlined above. 6. Groove Learn Sleep Cancellation • If Groove Learn Sleep needs to cancel a performance due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond its control, Groove Learn Sleep will work with the customer to reschedule the performance at no additional cost. •If Groove Learn Sleep is unable to provide the performance or offer a suitable alternative date, the $100 deposit and any other payments made will be refunded in full. 7.
